Welcome to the IEM Basketball League. Let me take this opportunity to thank you, on behalf of the entire
league, for becoming involved. We hope that the experience is enriching, for both you and the children you
coach. For those of you who are new, and those returning to the league, we hope that this manual provides you
with the information you need to be successful in guiding your team and players.
As always, please feel free to contact the office or any of the board members if you have any questions,
comments, and suggestions or require any further information on any topic within the league. The Board of
Directors is always open to your input and advice. Since the league is a not-for-profit volunteer organization,
any of you are encouraged to join the decision making process and help effect changes that are for the good of
the league. We would also encourage you all to participate in the various events and clinics that are held
throughout the year.
